The Embodied Breath workshop is an intimate exploration of the whole field of yoga practice where we learn to harness the subtle energetic dynamics of our body, our feeling, our mind, and beyond.

We access prana, our subtle life energy, by feeling it. Pranayama and breathwork help us expand and refine our capacity for feeling. It helps bring a more responsive intelligence to feeling and this felt responsive intelligence is precisely what guides us in practice. This is where our practice becomes truly our own.

A more intimate relationship to the breath and subtle energy can help bring more clarity to the deeper dimensions of practice.

You can expect a physically gentle yet internally nourishing weekend as we explore through both theory and practice the intimate fields of energy in yoga practice.
