Pranayama, as with all yoga, is not a technique we do to ourselves, it is not merely a method of controlling the breath;
it is an intimate relational invitation.
The study and practice of pranayama points us towards a process orientated relationship with life, It is intimate relational participation with the living current of life itself.
It is a profoundly intimate affair and has ability to transform every aspect of our lives.
Pranayama is an intimate process of apprenticing ourselves to the subtle and responsive intelligence of life.
.
This immersion will be a process of deepening, a process whereby we come to clarity and understanding about the very terrain we practice in.
we access prana through feeling and pranayama expands and refines our capacity for feeling. The practice os pranayama is an exploration in intimacy as much as anything else.
