These people are our neighbors and have been struggling since the covid-19 shut downs. They were extremely poor before Covid and now their meager earning have gone completey.
Things are getting quite desperate for them so we are hoping to raise $5000 to buy rice for some 300 people.
That's right, they literally need food.
