When presence meets to living contours of embodied life, something miraculous happens. An exquisite and natural intelligence opens in us.
Participation with this natural intelligence is the guiding force and goal of our practice.

a non-violent approach to boundaries and resistance in asana practice.
We will explore the relationship between presence and the intimate and delicate fields of body, heart and mind. How we bring presence to meet the self contracting tendencies of body heart and mind can provide fresh and illuminating avenues for transformation.
The way we meet the moment to moment experience of our bodies can open a conduit for this natural intelligence to have its way with us and guide our way in practice.

The Luminous Clarity of the Mind
Pranayama, Meditation and Philosophy
Meditation provides the context for understanding what the process of yoga is really about.
This afternoon session, explores the subtle terrain of both structures (or psychology) of mind and the luminous nature of mind itself. We will explore ways of freeing energy and attention from the binding tendencies of habit.
