Join us in Norway for an experiential journey through the rich terrain of asana, pranayama, meditation and a shared inquiry into philosophy and life.
We will be running a series of 3 workshops at covering many areas of yoga practice.
I recommend that you participate in the whole program we have planned if you can. This will give you a more complete view and experience, but if you can only join us for one or two of the workshops, you will still have plenty to work with.
You don’t need to be an experienced yogi to participate.
All you need is a genuine desire for a deeper encounter with your life.

OUTLINE OF WORKSHOPS
In these workshops we will explore the natural energetic dynamics of the body in relation to gravity, ground and space.
When we learn to trust the bodies natural self organizing intelligence we discover an immense support for our practice.
The purpose of yoga is to help bring us into alignment with life.
When in right relationship tp gravity, ground and space we receive intelligent direction from the natural self organizing principles of life itself.
Our actions are guided by and become aligned to life’s innate impulse towards cohesion and integration. This has profound implications for us.
We find ourselves no longer in a struggle with life but in accord with it.
We will be exploring ways to open ourselves to a deeper and more intimate encounter with ourselves with each other and with life itself.
On a practical level we aim to strengthen the body, open the heart and deepen and clarify the mind, so as to open to the innate intelligence and grace of life.
We will do this by exploring

These principals can be applied to any style of practice and help us to open deeper into whatever style of yoga we prefer.
What I am interested in is genuine transformation. and how yoga and meditation can bring real and practical changes to our lives.
Yoga is relationship. Relationship with the natural unfolding intelligence of life.
Its not rocket science, but it does require a willingness to genuinely participate in life in a real and intimate way.
Over time we can learn to offer ourselves the possibility of something fresh, tender and uncontrived. We learn the intimate grace of touching and being touched by life.
The benefits of this kind of encounter with ourselves and life are profound.
